When you make a purchase from us by credit or debit card your details are stored by our payment provider not ourselves.

We only hold details for customers in order for us to fulfil our contractual obligation, maintain our excellent customer relations and for our accounting purposes and these are never shared with third parties unless it is essential for us to provide you with our service. For example, we will need to share your name and address if we need to deliver your purchase to you.

Your data is stored only in hard copies which is stored in a locked filing cabinet and only accessible to our staff members.

We hold personal data for a period of five years following which the details are destroyed.
